THIN FILM CONSULTING is a German company located in Grafenberg, in the southern part of Germany, founded in 1993 by Mr. Hermann Gebhardt.
THIN FILM CONSULTING competences are the design and manufacture of planar magnetron sputtering sources. Since 1996 THIN FILM CONSULTING develops and produces its IONIX® high quality planar magnetron sputtering sources for R&D and production sputter coating systems.
THIN FILM CONSULTING has 20 years experience in magnetron sputtering, vacuum environments and power supply technology. We offer our customers sophisticated and reliable magnetron sputtering sources produced with German quality and workmanship.
THIN FILM CONSULTING offers a very high degree of flexibility that is valued by our customers, as a large part of our business has always been tailoring custom design magnetrons to our customers' needs. We claim that we are capable to serve virtually any need and vacuum environment. Many of these innovative custom design solutions have developed into standard products over the course of years.
